Bookings and purchases
Prices, inclusions and policy versions must be approved before checkout opens. Each purchase records its own terms; later price changes do not rewrite previous orders.
Proposed booking policy
- A time slot is held for 10 minutes during eligible checkout.
- At least 24 hours: free rescheduling or cancellation with eligible credit/refund handling.
- Late cancellation and no-shows: staff review before any deduction.
- Provider cancellation: rebooking, restored credit or eligible refund.
These are draft proposals, not terms currently offered for sale. Bundle expiry, refund allocation and exceptions remain subject to approval.
